Hybrid Red

Hybrid Red’s are a cross between a "Rhode Island Red" and  "Buff Orpington", originally designed for dual purpose the Hybrid Red’s are an excellent choice for the backyard chicken keeper to grow their flock as the "Buff Orpington's" are primarily designed for breeding purposes and the "Rhode Island Red's" are primarily designed for laying purposes. They are both very docile, and shy breeds, so they are a good choice for kids.
