Galtee Mountain Poultry began almost eight years ago when I bought six hens, and a Rooster. Though the housing for them wasnt great at the time, I put alot of my time into looking after them. They layed lots of eggs in the summer time, way more than what we could use, so I began selling to neighbours etc. Then it hit me one day, maybe I could open a business selling eggs. Unfortunatley I was young at the time and life drew me away from poultry for some time. However I extended my flock about four years ago. I planned then that I would build a new and improved chicken coop to properly secure them against preditors like foxes, minks, etc. So I looked online and watched a lot of videos on how to build chicken coops. I liked some, didn't like some, loved some, and hated some. But I found similarities, that most if not all chicken coops had, such as nesting boxes, roosting bars, ventilation windows, etc. I wanted to start building straight away but I knew that I wouldnt have the tools, the space or quite frankly the capital to do it. So I waited, and waited then I waited some more, eventually I had enough time, space and money to buy matierials, and begin to build. It didn't take long for me to build it, I'd say it was built and installed in about three weeks. Then I got a few more chickens and then I ventured onto building the business ''Galtee Mountain Poultry''

How long does delivery take from when the order is placed?

Depending on the products ordered, delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days from when the order is processed, Most orders are proceesed with in a few hours. However average delivery time is around 3-4 working days.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

Once your order has been processed, the customer will recieve a SMS/Email notification confirming that your order has been processed, and is now shipping.

How do I obtain a refund for my order if it has already arrived?

Galtee Mountain Poultry offers a 10 day refund policy on all NON LIVE POULTRY products. If you want to avil of a refund, the customer should get in touch with one of our customer service agents, who will walk you through the easy steps to obtain your refund. The customer should have the order reference number, and the Name on the order, on hand for to relay to the customer service agent.

My order was never delivered, what do I do?

If your order has not been delivered within the delivery window of 5-7 WORKING days of when you placed your order, our amazing customer service team should be notified, and will endevour to resolve the issue. Please have the order reference number, and the name of the person who ordered the items on hand.
