1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days from when you place your order.

2. What delivery courier service does Galtee Mountain Poultry use?

Galtee Mountain Poultry uses DPD to deliver all poultry related products. However Live Poultry products are delivered by ourselves.

3. What does the customer need to have prepared when awaiting a Live Poultry delivery?

When awaiting a Live Poultry delivery, the customer must ensure that they have a secure area for their poultry to forage. This usually consists of a sheltered coop portion and a run area. Customers should also ensure that poultry has access to fresh water and food, especially within the first 72 hours of their new poultry's arrival, as the poultry will be trying to settle into their new surroundings.

4. What if a customer wants a refund for a Live Poultry order?

In that case all the customer needs to do is contact our amazing customer service team by email - customerservice@galteemountainpoultry.com or by phone - 083-011-3724 and our amazing customer service team will be happy to assist you in choosing a collection date that suits the customer , and attaining a refund for your live poultry or indeed your live poultry products.
